KEMPINSKI HOTEL, MADINAH, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA





Role: While Operations Manager for KCA: Prepared initial Fee Proposal. Met and Presented KCA's credentials and initial ideas to the HRH Client at his Palace in Jeddah, KSA. Following successful meeting and presentation to HRH, signed final agreement for ID, QS, Lighting and Signage services. Was the day-to-day Client contact. Project Managed programming and the appointment and management of Sub-Consultants. Arranged and managed all communications during the Tendering of work to shortlisted Contractors including final Tender report and recommendation and all towards achieving the Client's requirements for a luxury, unique destination Hotel for Haj Pilgrims including the Royal Family to a fixed (confidential) budget and tight time frame.

Prepared initial Fee Proposal, negotiated final agreement and contract clauses for ID services, prepared and managed programming, pre and post-contract site staff deployment (including during Covid), calculating and agreeing fees for VO's including liaison with Lead Consultant KILLA.
